From April 21 to 26, 2024, a group of travelers embarked on an intense and evocative itinerary in northern Vietnam, discovering rural life and some of the country’s most iconic landscapes. After departing from Hanoi, the first stop was the picturesque incense village of Quang Phu Cau, followed by an immersive overnight stay with a local family in the Mai Chau valley, surrounded by rice fields and ethnic villages.

Itinerary

The journey continued to the Pu Luong Nature Reserve, where guests explored terraced rice fields, traditional Thai villages and natural wonders like the Kho Muong cave. From there, the group moved to Ninh Binh to sail through the limestone caves of Trang An, visit the majestic Bai Dinh Pagoda and the ancient temples of Dinh and Le. The final stop was a cruise through the spectacular UNESCO-listed Halong Bay, before returning to Hanoi.
