Day 1: Arrival in Bangkok – Chao Phraya Boat Excursion

Upon your morning arrival in Bangkok, our team will meet and transfer you to your hotel. In the afternoon, embark on a long-tail boat for an enchanting excursion along the Chao Phraya River and bustling canals, providing glimpses into local life. The journey includes a stop at Wat Arun, the Temple of Dawn. The remainder of the day is yours to explore at your leisure. Overnight in Bangkok

Day 2: Bangkok City (B)

After breakfast, explore the Grand Royal Palace, a ceremonial hub for Thailand's royal family, and the magnificent Wat Phra Kaew, home to the Emerald Buddha. Continue to Wat Pho, housing the colossal reclining Buddha. In the afternoon, transfer to the Jim Thompson House, delving into the story of the American entrepreneur who played a pivotal role in popularizing Thai silk. Explore his unique home, a collection of traditional Thai teak houses, and learn about Thompson's intriguing disappearance in 1967. Overnight in Bangkok.

Day 3: Bangkok – Maeklong Train Market – Floating Market – Kanchanaburi (B, L)

Early morning, journey southwest to visit the Maeklong railway market, capturing vibrant scenes and savoring local snacks. Proceed to Damnoen Saduak for a motorboat trip through picturesque waterways to the floating market. Continue to Kanchanaburi, visiting World War II memorials, including the Jeath War Museum and Cemetery. Lunch at a local floating restaurant by the Kwai River Bridge. Enjoy a train ride from Wang Pho to Ban Kao, exploring the historic Kwai Bridge. Overnight in Kanchanaburi.

Day 4: Kanchanaburi – Ayutthaya (B)

Morning departure to Ayutthaya, the ancient Thai capital. Explore temple and palace ruins, including Wat Phu Khao Thong and Wat Phra Si Sanphet. Visit Viharn Phra Mongkol Bopit, home to one of Thailand's largest bronze Buddha statues. Lunch on your own. Conclude the day with a visit to Wat Lokaya Sutha, housing a large reclining Buddha image. Overnight in Ayutthaya.

Day 5: Ayutthaya – Bang Pa In Palace – Bangkok – Departure (B)

In the morning, explore the Bang Pa-In Summer Palace, a blend of European, Khmer, Thai, and Chinese architectural styles, dating back to the Ayutthaya era. Transfer back to Bangkok around noon. Enjoy your free time until we transfer you to Bangkok airport for your international flight. End of service.
